1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MindAlgo Care, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2.Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use MindAlgo Care.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.Description of Services
MindAlgo Care provides the following wellness and clinical support tools:
- rPPG Vitals Monitoring — camera-based measurement of heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, and stress indicators.
- Clinical Assessments — validated instruments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, HAI) for tracking anxiety and depression symptoms.
- Breathing Exercises — evidence-based breathing techniques (Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Coherence Breathing).
- MindAlgo Brain — AI-powered wellness companion for emotional support and psychoeducation.
- Therapy Sessions — video sessions with licensed therapists and psychiatrists (available in paid plans).
- Mood & Thought Tracking — daily check-ins, journaling, and cognitive behavioral tracking tools.
- Personalized Tasks — therapeutic micro-interventions assigned by your care team or our JITAI engine.
4.Medical Disclaimer
MindAlgo Care is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The vitals data captured through rPPG technology is for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not FDA-approved or intended for diagnosing medical conditions.
- Assessment scores (PHQ-9, GAD-7, HAI) are screening tools, not diagnostic instruments. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for clinical diagnoses.
- MindAlgo Brain (AI companion) provides supportive responses based on general wellness principles. It does not provide therapy, clinical advice, or crisis intervention.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by MindAlgo Care.
5.Subscriptions & Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
5.1 Plans & Pricing
MindAlgo Care offers tiered programs (Clarity, Shift, Reset) with varying levels of access. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Free Trial
The Clarity trial provides limited access for a specified duration. It includes a psychologist consultation call. No payment is required for the trial.
5.3 Refunds
Paid programs are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis — contact fasil@mindalgo.ai within 7 days of purchase.
5.4 Program Expiry
When your program expires, active features (journaling, vitals, tasks, MindAlgo Brain) will be paused. You can still view historical data and your program summary. Upgrade at any time to restore access.
6.User Conduct
By using MindAlgo Care, you agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the platform for purposes other than personal wellness tracking and therapy support.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise platform security.
- Share your account credentials with others.
7.Intellectual Property
All content, features, algorithms, designs, and branding of MindAlgo Care are the intellectual property of MindAlgo Innovations Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Content you create (journal entries, thoughts, mood data) remains your property. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for providing and improving our services.
8.Account Termination
- By You — You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and all data will be erased within 30 days.
- By Us — We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 12 months with prior notice.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindAlgo Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MindAlgo Care, including but not limited to:
- Inaccuracies in rPPG vitals measurements due to environmental conditions, device limitations, or user error.
- Decisions made based on assessment scores or AI companion responses.
- Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access despite our security measures.
10.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11.Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of MindAlgo Care after changes constitutes acceptance.
